Laptop and Desktop Repair
We will service any desktop or laptop, no matter who made it or how old it is. Most repairs are completed within just a few days, at a flat rate we quote you before any work starts.

Virus and Malware Removal
Day to day, the most common problem we see is infected PCs. Anecdotally, about 40 to 50% of the computers we see are infected with some type of malicious software, and many of those came to us for other work. Malware does not just slow a computer to a crawl, it can steal passwords, card numbers and banking information.

Data Backup and Recovery
Your data is the single most valuable thing inside a computer. If your drive has crashed we have specialised tools to attempt to save it, and once that is fixed we can design a backup that is automatic and redundant. We also handle migration to a new PC, cloning to a new drive, secure drive wiping and password recovery.
Software Services
Sometimes it is not the hardware that has failed, but the software. Installing Windows or MacOS can be daunting and time consuming, so let us do it, and back up and restore your data around it. We also fix driver failures and file corruption, and can install applications for you remotely.

On-site networks, printers and tutoring
Setting up a network at a house or small business can be tricky. Maybe the wifi does not reach the whole building, or an outbuilding needs access. We come out, install it properly, and secure it with current encryption standards.
